Berthing Facilities
Lagoon Berths
There are 152 walk-on wet berths that cater for boats up to 20m, or 65ft in length. The marina’s solid breakwater provides the calmest marina lagoon in Singapore, with an average lagoon depth of 3m at LAT. Single or double berths are available.
Dry Stack/ Dry Berth
Dry Stack or Boat House, can securely berth monohull power boats up to 10m, or 35ft in length and weighing up to 6 tonne, or 6,000kg, utilising an overhead gantry crane. The enclosed Boat House offers ideal under-cover berthing or storage for powerboats, keeping your power boat in pristine condition away from the effects of the weather and salt water. There is also an overnight lay-by area, for recovery of boats during operating hours.
Superyacht Berths
4 to 6 berths that can house superyachts of up to 50m, or 164ft in length, with 216m of linear alongside berthing space.
Megayacht Berths
4 wharf type berths for megayachts up to 100m, or 328ft in length with 6m water depth alongside at LAT. Some of the world’s most interesting megayachts have called at, and enjoyed the hospitality of Raffles Marina, including Asean Lady, Christine, Battered Bull, Lone Ranger, Senses, Michaela Rose, Lady Christine, Tigre D’Or, White Rabbit E, Obsessions, Shenandoah, and many others.
Trailer Boat Park
A keelboat park for dry sailing keel boats of up to 25ft in length, and less than 1.0m draft. Trailerable keelboats are tractor launched and recovered at the marina boat ramp. This facility allows sailors to ‘dry-sail’ their boats, without having to anti-foul their undersides.
