Charbroiled Fillet of Beef topped with foie gras and served with rosemary
potatoes and spring vegetables in burgundy sauce

Grilled Black Cod Fish served on a bed of truffle-scented mashed potatoes with spring vegetables topped with garden-ripe cherry tomatoes.

Strawberry Mousse garnished with chocolate.
