Pre-requisites: PPCDL

This four day course completes the Port Skipper Certification, and prepares the student more fully with more comprehensive training to skipper a power boat in Singapore port waters. The course philosophy is to prepare the student to take responsibility for his or her vessel and crew, and thus covers more detailed navigation techniques, chartwork, helmsmanship, and general seamanship training and practice. The course typically culminates in a night-time voyage from Raffles Marina to another marina in Singapore, with the students responsible for the navigation and helming of the vessel through busy Singapore port after dusk, under the watchful eyes of the course instructor.

Course costs are $630 for non members, and $525 for members of Raffles Marina, inclusive of GST.
